Some emails we get from forms on our wp site goes into spam folder and that says:
“the email has failed its domain’s authentication ….”
which comes from submitters own email address

    Hi vipini,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery. The issue is likely due to strict email spam prevention settings that is wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam when it is sent from mobile.

To resolve email delivery issue, you could configure a SMTP plugin on your site so emails are sent as authenticated. We have a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps 🙂

Hi, We have been using WP Forms on our website for approximately one year. During that time we have received no inquiries. Last week I accedentally checked my email’s spam folder and noticed there was an inquiry there from WP Forms. I didn’t know I had to check the spam folder for these inquiries. Unfortunately the emails in my spam get deleted automatically after 28 days. Accordingly I am unable to check if we have received other inquiries during the past year (which we most probably have). Is there any way I can get access to all previous inquiries?

    Hi ingvildbergersen,

Form submissions are not stored on WPForms Lite, and are only sent out as notification emails.
