A few days ago, I noticed that the Blog Carousel and the Accordion created with Elementor, both in my website home page, are no longer properly working: the former now is full screen and images and articles don’t flow automatically, the latter doesn’t show the content after a click on it. I cannot say when these problems turned up exactly, but it must be happened not later than two weeks (before that time, widgets work well).
Mobile website has the same issues.
Recently, I’ve done a WordPress update to 5.8.3 version, so can it be incompatible with Elementor? All plugins are at their latest versions.
    What can I do?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi,

From looking at your page it seems the carousel hasn’t been built with Elementor, also there are console errors related to the ocean WP plugins.

Please deactivate all your plugins apart from Elementor and switch your theme to a basic WordPress theme to check if it makes a difference.

The website uses an Ocean WP theme, but the carousel has been made with Elementor and everything worked perfectly with that theme until last two weeks. According to the notifications I’ve received, only WordPress and another plugin have been updated in this period.

    Hi,

    Have you tried deactivating plugins?

Please also try switching to another basic WordPress theme, or to the Hello theme.
