Some Dashboard Pages not loading

For some odd reason, some pages of my wordpress dashboard are just not loading. Many of them do load, but often when i make a change to the theme options, or change the active theme, the new page doesnt load or refresh, and i am forced to hit the back button to get back to the dashboard. Any suggestions?
