We have a lot of problems in WooCommerce 2.1.x with countries and payment gateways.
Try to read this and try this:
Open WooCommerce -> Settings and change Selling Location(s) to specific countries and add your Denmark, Sweeden and United States configuration, save and try it… It works fine. Then you can change again the Selling Location(s) parameter to Sell to all countries, and it still working.
If your problem persist, please hire our Soporte tΓ©cnico.

Thanks so much for your reply. I tried as you set out in your reply – adding the Asian Pacific countries, and now they work in the postage, but the rest of the world does not.
Any clues how I might fix this?

Like we said before, the problem is WooComemerce 2.1.x. We had a lot of problems with things like this or payments gateway. The only way to fix this is on your own website and force it to read the full WooCommerce options.

Resolved!
We added all countries on Specific Countries in Woocommerce -> Settings -> General, where there’s only Australia, New Zealand and Asian Pacific countries, and on WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping, where there’s nothing.
Save changes on both tabs.
Then change again to Sell to all countries, in both tabs, and save again.
Magically everything works again.
That’s a very strange bug, but know everybody knows how to fix it!

Hi, I’m having the same issue where it says shipping to the UK is unavailable.
I’ve just tried setting the shipping to selected countries and then adding all countries in settings>general,
& the same under settings>shipping and saving changes.
Then I selected ship to all under general and shipping and saving.
I still get the error message π What am I doing wrong please?
