Some checkboxes greyed out

Dear WP Fastest Cache,

We are trying to set up the WP Fastest Cache plug-in, but unfortunately a few checkboxes are greyed out. We aren’t able to check Render Blocking Js, Lazy Load, Delay Js, Widget Cache and even more options.

Is there any reason or anything we can do to enable these options?
