Solution for “theme translate doesn’t work”

I use “type” theme for webpage but I have problems with translation in my language.
I used “poedit” and “Loco translate” to create .mo and .po but it did not want to work I search solutions and nothing worked.

But I found this solution:
Instead to copy .mo and .po files in “/wp-content/themes/type/languages”
I copied those files in “/wp-content/languages/themes” and all now is working.

Maybe someone helps it.
Pretty shore same solutions will be with some plugins too.
