• I am a web developer by trade, so when I have an issue with a plugin, it’s not a “did you read the directions?” type of problem. I’ve used NextGen before and was impressed with the plugin, but I recently had to contact support due to an obscure problem on a client’s site. They not only responded quickly, but helped me straighten out the issue fast. A+ team guys, keep up the good work!
