Social shares on image hover

Hi, I would like that all my photos in my posts have social share buttons while hovering just as this site:

http://www.boredpanda.com/oled-tampopo-dandelion-lights-takao-inoue/

I have tried plugins Slingpic and ImageShare but obviously they don’t work. At the site i have provided, it looks really simple so is there any new plugin that would do that?
