Social media Buttons

Hi There. I have a shortcode for my social media buttons from jet pack. Ideally I would like to put them in my header menu but I don’t see where that is possible. It seems you can only put them in a pos,t sidebar, or page. I have pasted it at the top of all my posts and in a Follow page I created ( I have no sidebar)

Can someone tell me how to remove the word Social or put these buttons in my header menu (not in a page or at the top of each post) ?
