• Hello,

First of all, thank you for a brilliant plugin; this is perhaps the best of its kind in our three years of experience with WordPress.

There are some problems with social login. Twitter, Google+ and Linked In work but one has to refresh the page to see that one is logged in.

    Facebook totally fails.

I see in another recent support thread that you asked the enquirer to click “Disable user registration via Social Login” in the Social Login page. Does that mean new visitors are not able to register and login through their social media? Please explain.

What are the solutions to the refresh issue and the Facebook login fail issue?

I look forward to your response.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the appreciation 🙂

You would like to try the solution OP has posted in their last reply at following thread:

    Facebook totally fails.

Would you let us know your webpage url where you have enabled Social Login icons, so that we can look into the situation?

Enabling this option disables new user registration via Social Login at your website. Existing users would be able to login without any problem.
