If you’re seeing a Captcha test when connecting the MailChimp List Subscriber Form Plugin, it’s a security measure implemented by our OAuth system to make sure that your account is safe. If you’re seeing an error when filling out the Captcha, it could be related to a browser cache and cookie conflict. I would recommend first logging out of MailChimp and the WP admin panel, clearing the browser cache and cookies, and then trying to connect the integration again.

    If these steps are unsuccessful, I would recommend removing the plugin from the WordPress site, and then reinstalling it and trying again.
