Socal media link structure

Hi,
I have installed your plugin on – http://www.bobmarconi.info/toys/the-role-toys-play-in-our-childrens-development/
When you see an article on the net and want to share, clicking on the twitter, Facebook, etc. icon brings up a separate window with a short description and link to the article/post. Clicking tweet or Facebook share etc. then closes that window and the share is done.
I cannot figure out how that is done with your plugin. All I get when clicking these links on my post(s) is taken to my own account(s) with no sharing info such as you get when clicking on other post(s) links.
How do I format and add my links to your plugin so they act like every one elses?
