• Hi there,

On trying to create a label for Switzerland we get the following error: Object has no “CountryCodeOrigin” property. We are a German shop and will ship to other countries like Austria, Switzerland, France and UK.

I presume this error is because we have not entered the “The country of manufacture” and “The Harmonized Tariff Schedule”. Some questions:

    1. Do we need to fill in both of these fields above for every single product on our website?

    2. Is there any way we can do this in bulk, as it will take rather a long time for hundreds of products?

    3. Where is the best place we can research for the Harmonized Tariff codes?

Many thanks in advance for your help

Yes, I believe that is required for Switzerland.

    1. Yes.
    2. You can use the WooCommerce Product Import option and import the fields using a “Meta: ” column to import it as metadata – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/. The field keys are “_dhl_manufacture_country” and “_dhl_hs_code”.
    3. I am afraid I cannot help with this question.

    Best.

    Thanks @shadim for explaining that.

If in future it is possible to add those two fields to the bulk edit WC functionality that would be great. Although not sure if that is possible for an external plugin.
