Thanks for your message. We understand that RatingWidget cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time (there are 3rd party stuff that we cannot control). We would be more than happy to assist you make it work. You can either post your issue in our WP support forum or contact us directly here.
With regards to the trial – our plugin is 100% free, though we have extra plans if you want to get some extra features. In order to let you examine all our extra features, we give you 7 days to evaluate our most featured plan, and then your plan is back to the free version.
We are working very hard to help all our users, free or paid. And down-voting the plugin with 1-star review without even trying to contact us is really not fair.
