Renewing problem

I used to have wordpress blogs that I renewed through wp-adm account. Now I see them in Bluehost – but just the domains that say unassigned. I can not log into my wp-admin account (for either blog I own). If I go to wordpress.com and log in, I see my two blogs, but can’t access them – they point me to bluehost. There are 2 other sites with the same name but not a www in front of them. They say Premium plan. I’m so confused. None of them appear when I type in the url. Isn’t there anyone I can call who knows about WordPress and Bluehost?
