Snippets stopped working

    Hi All,

    I have been using this plugin for a while and love it however, for some reason today all of my snippets stopped working :/

    I’m sure it’s not the plugins fault as I have been making some security changes but even after restoring my site from a backup they still don’t work.

    Does anyone know of a setting somewhere that would stop execution of php? I have stripped the .htaccess back to default WordPress just in case but still no luck.

    I have been googling around for hours with no success.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Dean,

    Do you receive any error messages after enabling WP_DEBUG? Or perhaps you could check your Apache’s error.log file.

    Hi Shae,

    There are no errors in Apache’s error_log and just 2 warnings when enabling debug, but neither are related to Snippets or anything I can see would cause a problem.

    Just turned on php debugging as well and no errors show up in there either.

    Hmm. Is it possible that you were applying some sort of security settings?

    It might be worth checking whether this problem still occurs when all other plugins are disabled.
