SnapID stopped responding

    Last week, SnapID stopped responding. Numbers pop up, but the login doesn’t occur. This was true for three different sites on two different servers, logging in from different locations. Sometimes when it has not worked temporarily in the past, text has been down, but it’s now been a week and still no responsiveness.

    Did an update of a plugin or WP itself cause a conflict? Anyway, thanks for a great product.

    Hi Terpitude,

    Sorry, just seeing this now. There was another report of this issue and I believe the SnapID API team has fixed the issue. Can you confirm that it is working or not for you now? Thanks!
