SnapID Not Working

    The SnapID box is showing up with the code after I enter my username and password, but nothing happens after I text the number with the code. I reset my SnapID in my User Profile in WordPress, but when I log out and log back in, I get the same issue. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Erik,

    Email me directly at stan@textpower.com and let’s see what we can do to figure out what is going on. I’d like to know the phone number you are using and if you ran into any issues registering your phone to snapid vs logging in with snapid. Also your Customer ID and Application ID would be helpful as well. Please make sure to email me directly so you don’t expose that info. here.
