SMTP-its not working

Hi, We developed our website on WordPress we are getting more issues related to sending mail through contact 7 form with using SMTP plugin. already we request to server provider to solve this request they revert us problem on your site. our developer also checked but it’s not solving. kindly any help us pleases revert… thanks
