i have recently installed smtp addon but cannot configure, please help
i’m using godaddy hosting

i did setting as follows:
Outgoing Server: sg3plcpnl0022.prod.sin3.secureserver.net
SMTP Port: 465
Username: newsletter@website.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.

After input information i click save and test email, and i get this error

Hi, GoDaddy does not allow the connection to external SMTP servers, even if your SMTP address seems the property of GoDaddy.
You can ask their support and run a test: deactivate our addon and install an SMTP plugin, like WP mail SMTP and try with that plugin just to check if it’s a provider block or an addon problem.
