The WooCommerce plugin does not include SMS functionality on its own.
It looks like you’re using a Twilio plugin to provide the SMS functionality, so you will need to contact the plugin’s support team for help with this.
If you’re not sure how to reach them, please provide us with a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. That will help us identify the developer and let you know where to go for support. 🙂
