• I’ve been using EDD to sell three downloads for almost four years. I was able to set up my store up with just a little help from their support staff (I paid for premium support for the first few months). Since then, I have contacted free support only a few times and they have always been very responsive and helpful. Mostly, the product performs perfectly with rarely a hiccup. To keep things simple, I process all transactions through PayPal. The first couple of years, I had a fair number of incomplete transactions. Now these are rare, which I assume is due to improvements in the plug-in, since I have not changed any settings on my end. I use (free) SendGrid as my email program — used WebMonkey/Mandrill until they started charging money. Good luck with your online store!
