I created the new Smart button in Paypal which generates the code. I added it to the table, but the button isn’t showing on the site in the ‘Deposit Payments’ section.

I see what you mean. This is caused by automatically added line breaks. To turn that off, please use the modified Shortcode
[table id=46 convert_line_breaks=false /]
on this page.
