    Hi,

    I installed Autoptimize and improved page load by over 0.5 seconds. Great!

    However, it reduced the body front size to tiny – about a 50% reduction in size. I used HB Highend Theme. The body text is custom google font, the rest of the font H1-H6 and all others were fine. In the settings, adjusting the font size had no effect.

    Any thoughts? Add some custom CSS?

    you probably have to exclude some CSS (inline of linked file) from optimization (see FAQ for more info on excluding & troubleshooting). maybe start off by unticking the “also aggregate inline CSS”-option?

    Thanks, Frank. Unticking the “also aggregate inline CSS”-option worked. Problem solved.

    FYI, GTmetrix test results – Nov 5 before – Nov 9th with Autoptimize and Use Google Libraries installed

    DATE Nov 5 – Nov 9
    PAGESPEED B (87) to A (93)
    YSLOW D (65) to C (74)

    Not bad for no CDN

    The quest for speed continues!
