Small Captcha position, and message area problem

Can someone please tell me how to position the Small Captcha Div without using the “position” attribute? I want it under the message area, and I’ve tried virtually everything I can think of. Finally had to use the “position:relative” thingy.

Also, how do I make the message area larger? Contrary to the help link, The “Input Textarea Field Cols/Rows” doesn’t work.

Any help here is greatly appreciated.
