“slug” field is empty | WordPress.org

Hello
during these months I have updated the plug-in many times, now I have noticed that the “slug” field is empty in all articles, even the old ones; furthermore, SEO optimization no longer has slug control. Could it be a problem with some update or do you have incompatibility information with other plugins?

Hi @paolodisante,

You’re seeing that the slug field in the Yoast SEO metabox is blank. Is that correct? We’re not able to reproduce this problem using the latest version of the plugin.

To help us troubleshoot, we’d like to get the following information:

1. Are you using the latest version of Yoast SEO {15.5)? If not, does updating solve the problem? We have update instructions available in this guide: How can I update my (free) plugin?.

2. Can you check for JavaScript errors in the console.

3. Check for conflicts by temporarily deactivating all plugins except for Yoast SEO and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One.
