Slows down block editor

    Latest version 4.0.5 slows down the block editor screen considerably when plugin is active. Everything is fine with plugin inactive or after downgraded to 4.0.4.1.

    I’m not seeing any specific errors in the console or logs.

    Experiencing the exact same issue on all of our sites which use PushEngage.

    Latest WP version 6.3.1 also

    Disabling PE, the block editor is fast again.

    Thanks for your patience while we looked into the issue. We have released a new update to fix this issue.

    You can now update to the latest version (4.0.5.1) and we request you clear all caching (WordPress caching through any caching plugins and browser caching), and then check again.
