I have this across three versions of my site and on all of them when I test site speed using Pingdom I keep getting this file that is slow to load.

Can no one respond to this? Am I the only one who checks their site speed? CF 7 has a major bug and everyone is ignoring it.

I noticed the same problem today. I discovered the core of the problem on: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/contact-form-7-and-w3-total-cache-compatibility

You are probably running a caching plugin. Good luck, hope it helps.
