Slow-to-no loading

My blog is http://grose.us/blog3/ and it’s been really slow loading lately. Friends say about a minute but as long as a half hour or more on my machine. I’m trying to get in and disable some of the add-ins but I can’t even get there. Just starting doing this and nothing is new that I can think of that causes it.

I use POWWEB as a host but I know they will tell me it’s my scripts and can’t help. My webpage (www.grose.us) loads fine and is on same host.
