Now I inserted more 500 and then the regions module is not loading.
Help?
Hi Gabriel,
Are you running on shared hosting? That would cause region slow downs as most shared hosts use 33-66MB of RAM, which is about 1/30 to 1/60 of what you normally get on your own desktop machine. That kind of resource restriction causes serious problems with WordPress and BD combined. It’s not what we recommend with BD installations in general.
I Didn´t see this information before buy the module. Where this information is?
So the unique solution is to migrate all the website to a dedicate server just for this module am I right? $100 dollares more per month just to use this module.
How can I delete some cities now? I can´t access the regions to delete because de module is slow/stoped
Thanks
Hi Garuggi,
This is a general WordPress problem with most complex plugins, not just BD. Running on a stripped down host is never a good way to run a site, although the hosting companies tell you differently. 🙁
You should be able to delete the cities through the admin panel. If you want to have them from SQL queries I can try that as well.
You might also try taking your site offline (in maintenance mode) to cut down on resource usage so you can perform your tasks.
how can I take my website offiline?
Which field i need to delete on the SQL?
Thanks
Hi Gabriel,
I’m not sure I understand your question. Are you asking about how to uninstall BD?
If so, you need to go under Directory Admin->Uninstall. That will remove BD from your site. After that, deactivate the plugin and delete it.
If I misunderstood your question, please let me know.
