• Technical support says online but no response so far after 6 hours. With the new update I can no longer upload variation pictures. I finally did get support when I was asleep because we are in different time zones. If you cannot give technical support during business hours for people in Pacific Time / Eastern Time, then why brag that you offer support right away? Be clear on what you offer and don’t overpromise.
