Slow page with embeded Youtube

I run the latest version in WP 5.0.3. The speed for normal pages with text+images is superfast and I have 100 points on GT metrix test.

But the pages where I embed Youtube videos is really slow. I tested both direct embed and kad_youtube function in Virtue but both is slow. I dont autostart them and try the settings to minimize page load time.

Also tried to add other addons for latest lightbox features but no improvment.

Please help what is the best way/code to embed Youtube to get a light loaded fast page in Virtue.
