I’ve see that the Packlink support is finally back, so it’s time to resolve an old problem :

The Packlink plugin slow down ALL of our orders pages loading by a at least a x10 factor. I have a shop with about 5000 orders in database, and to show up the order list page it take ~13sec with only 15 orders per pages. Without the plugin, it’s ~1.5 sec…

With the Query Monitor plugin we see dozens of database requests coming from Packlink plugin on each pages… It look like it try to completely load all the orders datas, event if we only need the basics datas, but worst of all, MANY of them are duplicated… And it’s not all, cause the plugin also load it’s configuration on pages that doesn’t have any Packlink related content, and it also slow down these content for nothing.

Please do something about it, we have this problem since years 🫠
