Slow page load

I’m stumped. I’ve done this before and it worked just fine, but not on this site.

I should add that the site was migrated from one site to another, so DB could be to blame here….

I have a site that loads extremely slow when I follow the instructions to use a site address different from that of the install.

I also cannot get the site to load without redirecting from /index.html to /index.php. I get a 404 without it.
