Slow backoffice after WooCommerce update

Hello everyone,
A few days ago I updated WooCommerce to version 8.1.1 and since then I have had problems with the backoffice. When I try to enter Products or Orders, the page loads very slowly. I have fixed page cache issues, but this speed persists. After investigating the wordpress debug I found the following problems:
(First of all, say that this is a custom template that the previous developers of the website made and for which they did not leave any documentation, so I am learning both its structure and functionality based on trial and error)
