• My site crashed and was brought back up using FatCow’s WordPress Essentials and SiteLock. I noticed Slimstat was tracking pageviews oddly versus before. They suggested using W3TC to empty all caches. I did. The Slimstat code is not present on the homepage. Should I do more with W3TC? Should I empty all modules — what does that mean? Any help appreciated.

  • Same problem. Lost all my slimstat stats which is very annoying and my site got slower…

I deactivated the W3TC plugin. Afterwards, the SlimStat code appeared again on the HomePage Source Code. You might check, but I think SlimStat code is back? The SlimStat performance still appears different than before my site was hacked, but it does seem to be tracking better. My take-away is that there seems to be some interference by W3TC with SlimStat. I just worked with FatCow and we removed the W3TC cache and deleted the W3TC plugin.
