    Hi,

first of all thank you for starting your own thread, it helps me keep track of all the different conversations. Could you see if the tracker is reporting any errors under Slimstat > Settings > Maintenance?

    Thank you,
    Jason

    Hello
I found the following in Maintenance:
[16-08-15 09:59 am] 215 Error: Unknown column ‘resolution’ in ‘field list
    Thank you,
    Gudrun

PS I have two other sites, and SlimStat is working fine on both. I compared settings, could not find anything different. Both of the other had this on tracker status: [07-24-16 02:01 pm] 211 Notice: Bot not tracked G

    Thank you Jason.

I went through that one, but was unable to find a solution to the problem
Compared SlimStat settings on my two other sites, found nothing different.

Will it make a difference if I uninstalled the plugin and installed it again?

    Good wishes,

    Gudrun

    Gudrun,

it would make a difference and most probably solve the problem. However you would lose your historical data: when Slimstat is uninstalled, it removes all its tables from the database (we like to be good guests).
