slightly blurry photos

I use photoshop to re-size my featured photos to 750×400 pixels – the exact size of the theme’s layout. So, WP does not need to decrease (or increase) the size. I have been doing this for about 2 years without a problem (at least not for the featured images). The photos that I posted recently are blurry. I have not changed any of my procedures. What is happening? And more importantly how can I fix it?
Since my problem is with the featured image, I don’t have the code to show you. And I don’t think my boss would like me to post a problem with the site,… So, I better not include a link.
Can anyone help me?

Have you installed any plugins recently? It would be a lot better if we can see the page to see what’s going on with the images. Will you be able to do an Inspect Element on the blurry photo and post a screenshot of your screen here?

After saving an image, upload it to an image hosting website like imgur.

I don’t see the image element in there. Maybe it’s set as a background image or maybe it’s under the cb-grid-img. Can you expand that element and post it here?

Now, I see where it has been re-sized to 600×200. I don’t know this has not been a problem for the last 2 years? Is there anyway to get around this problematic re-sizing?

There might be a plugin or a setting in your website that resizes the featured images. These might help:

-Plugin for setting the image sizes: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/

-Plugin to regenerate the images after setting the size: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
