Slideshows not loading correctly / sporadically

    Hello,

    I am just getting in touch as I have begun to notice that all of the slideshows on my website are failing to load. However, if I continually refresh the page they tend to load eventually. There seems to be no consistency to when they will or won’t load. Would you have any idea what would be causing this, or any way I could resolve it.

    Hi Phil,

    I see you’re running version 2.2.11 of the slideshow plugin on your website, but the slideshow version 2.2.2 script is loaded on the page.

    This is probably happening because the W3 Total Cache plugin has cached (remembered for fast access) a version of the website before you updated the slideshow plugin.

    If you go to your W3 Total Cache page, you can probably find an ‘Empty cache’ or ‘Flush cache’ button. This will make the page update so the new version of the slideshow plugin is loaded on the page.
