Slideshow preview problem

FYI, the page referenced is a testing page and not normally available.
Anyway, on this page you’ll see several shortcuts within a table. The one in the top center is one that I’m trying to create. The other shortcodes were created quite sometime ago and work as I want them. But, the one in question is not displaying the preview image to be clicked on, and open the pop-up with the slideshow.

Has something changed? Can I do what I’m trying to do? I want multiple galleries on one web page.

I am using version 2.27 of Photo Gallery.

Hi,

When we check the URL you have added, we can see all of the galleries displayed. Would you please confirm whether you still have the issue or not?

As for publishing multiple galleries on one web page, surely you can do it without any problem. You can also publish an album and include your galleries into it.

I’m confused. I have viewed it in Firefox as well as Edge with the same results. The one in the top center definitely is different looking. It does not have the preview image for the gallery as the others do. You don’t see this?

If you’d like I could email you a screen image of what I’m seeing.

Hi,

We checked your galleries again and the gallery in the top center appeared. Could you please have a look at this screenshot?

Note, that this gallery is a slideshow, which takes a bit slower to load compared to the rest of the galleries. So please allow the page to load fully before opening a gallery or performing another action.

You’re seeing the same that I am, which is good. Let me ask, what type of display are the other’s on that page? I thought they were all slideshow.

I wish there were a way of looking at prior builds of shortcuts. Then I could have determined what I had used before. Also, can I manage prior shortcut builds to remove unused ones?

Hi,

The rest of the images use Thumbnails layout of Photo Gallery plugin. Thank you for your wonderful suggestions regarding shortcode preview, by the way.

Could you please clarify your second question? Would you like to delete the unused shortcodes from your website?

If so, please note, that you can only remove them from the MySQL database of your website, more specifically, from #_bwg_shortcode table.

With thumbnails not open the photos in a slide show. Everything hangs on the download icon.
If you go to the site editing mode, everything works stably. Please help to fix the problem!

Hi,

Could you please check the conflict with the other plugins that you have?

Please try to deactivate all the other plugins and check whether the lightbox will be opened? In the case, it will please activate all the plugins one by one and check which one is causing the issue.
