Slides Not working

    Hi Team,

    I added a slider to my website landing page, slides were automatically sliding & working fine until yesterday, but suddenly they are not sliding anymore.

    Nor the testimonials are sliding automatically.

    First, thank you for choosing our plugin and service.

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: royalelementoraddons@gmail.com

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – royalelementoraddons@gmail.com as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

    Hi Team,

    To let you know, I have installed another plugin, just to check the testimonial carousel and Advance slider – sliding or not, both of these sliders are not sliding in your plugin, whereas it is working in another plugin, which means it is not working with your plugin only.

    I only had Royal Elementor, Elementor & Fluent Forms plugins, no other plugins were installed.

    For now, I am using another plugin where sliders are working. Hope this is get fixed.
