Sliders not loading

Hi. The sliders have stopped loading on the site (mobile app site). It worked on some devices last week. I have tried to deactivate all plugins except the Master Slider, still not working. I have also tried to change theme. Any ideas?

The theme is Customizr version 3.5.11
