Slider thumbnail bleedthrough in Aggregate
-
Hello;
Over at ET, I wanted only five Slider thumbnails. And apparently, to accomplish this, because the thumbnails do not size dynamically, I had to change the size of them manually.
However, in each of the now-larger thumbnails, there is an outline of the original. I’ve been trying to remedy this, but I’m really not getting anywhere.
I was given this advice: “Go to /wp-content/themes/Aggregate/images/ and download the controller-overlay.png. Open it up in Adobe Photoshop or Gimp and make it fit the new slider thumbnail size save it, and just reupload it. Reload the page and voila!”
The basic problem is that I do not understand the process. I don’t ‘get’ where ‘/wp-content/themes/Aggregate/images/’ is.
(While I’m here, I should say that it seems a pretty simple idea to have the thumbnail-sizing be dynamic. To have to go to all this bother just because you don’t want all that open space if you’re not inclined to have 10 thumbnails seems silly)
Thanks in advance,
s/
