Shortcodes are parsed on the WordPress backend side, they should have nothing to do with the page builder you are using.
As far as I understand, Slider Revolution accepts shortcodes. Can you try adding a built-in shortcode and see if it works?
eg:
[embed width="123" height="456"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ[/embed]

Other shortcodes works properly.
The problem is only about hupspot form.
When I load page first time it works, after that it stop working.
I will try to upgrading Slider Revolution but I don’t think it solves the issue.
