Slider not working

    Under “Field-tested with hundreds of grant-funded studies since 2009.” I should have a slider showing client logos. I can’t get the slider to work. On another page, I have client logos working correctly in a grid.

    I have flushed the cache. I have recreated the slider. I installed a slider template and tried that. Nothing works.

    I’ve checked and could not find a slider in the website you’ve mentioned above. So, if the issue is still actual, please let me know.

    HERE’S THE DEAL. I posted this message almost 3 weeks ago. This is how you told us to post issues. You didn’t respond for THREE weeks. I gave up on your unsupported plug-in and went to a competitor to purchase their plug-in.

    This was the second license I purchased from you. I will be requesting a refund. This is an unacceptable level of support.
