Slider not showing second row
-
Hello,
I need to create multiple sliders but I can’t get the custom slider I created to show the second row. When I click the dot or arrow they both seem to look like they switch to the second row but the images stay the same.
I disabled all plugins and switch themes to see if that fixed the error but it did not work. I used Divi 4.4.3 and WooCommerce.
Do you have an idea of what else I can do to make metaslider work?
Thank you,

I checked the preview of the slider and that does not work same as the front end. I also contacted HostGator to clear the cache on the server side.
Hi,
Did you disable all plugins and try or just most?
Can you try it on a page without using Divi to rule that out?
Do you see any errors in the browser console when in the preview area?

Hello,
I disabled all plugins.
I disabled the Divi theme and changed it to Twenty Seventeen.
I do not see any errors but I do see a warning.
“Source map error: Error: request failed with status 404
Resource URL: http://cannabisintentions.com/wp-content/themes/Divi/js/custom.unified.js?ver=4.4.3”Hi,
Looking closer there’s something up with the transition timing. Maybe check the settings for that?
If nothing looks off on the settings you can override it with this:
.flexslider .slides { transition-duration: 1s!important; }You’re Right. That worked. I missed that. I appreciate your help!
Great to hear! I’ll mark this as resolved then.
By the way, if you’re enjoying MetaSlider please leave us a 5-star review. They really help us out and let others find our plugin more easily. If you don’t think we deserve the 5 stars please let us know how we can improve, too. Thanks!
