slider not loading unless logged into wp

crelly slider used to work all the time, but for some reason it quit working. once i logged in and updated my theme and my wp it started working again. i decided to check on it today an notice it was missing again, so i logged in and suddenly it was showing up and working when previewing my pages using the plugin, however when i log out of wordpress and check the site the crelly slider is missing again. any idea what is going on here?

The plugin should be showing up on this page after the heading “DAVENHILL COURT”
