Slider Making My Page Blank

    I updated a picture in my slider yesterday. I checked the page and everything appeared ok and then the page went blank. If I remove the slider, the page loads ok… but if i add the slider back in, the page goes blank. If i try to update the slider, it just sits there and spins. Don’t know whats going on.

    Hi,

    Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

    I checked out your website and Master Slider was not there.

    However, I guess it is related to memory or your server.

    You can switch to the default theme to see if it fixes the problem, and isolate Master Slider. Deactivate all the installed plugins, except Master Slider, then reactivate them one by one. After activating each plugin, check out and see if the issue persists.

    master slider IS there on the backend. but the page shows up blank.

    We checked out the markup and Master Slider was not generated there. If you sure it is installed and everything is ok, please create a new ticket on our support forum:
