My master slider was working a few days ago but now it is no longer working. I too just get the continuous loading circle image.
I did not put in the php code as it breaks my child theme, but it was working with just shortcode.

Probably its caused by plugin function conflicts
In order to isolate and find the issue, please try to deactivate all plugins on your website.
If that resolved the issue, reactivate each plugin individually until finding the cause.
Otherwise, switch your theme to default WordPress theme and check it again.
I disabled everything. No luck.

I’m now experiencing the same issue. All was working fine until I used a toranj preset after “create new slide”. Now none of my slides work.

Please go to MasterSlider > setting and turn off built-in cache.

Hi there,
My Master Slider stopped working (it doesn’t appear on the page, just the endless loading circle) after changing the settings in Permalinks from Default to Post Name. Reverting back to Default Option didn’t help at all.
What would be a solution to that problem?

please create a new topic and put your question there. Also before that try to deactivate all the other plugins to see whether it helps or not.
Go to settings > Advanced settings and enable
Load assets on all pages? and slider will show…
