Slider image offset

Hello, I am trying to upload 3 slide pictures, all 1600 x 800.
Slider 1 is ok, the picture is correctly centered whatever the screen size is.
Pictures on slider 2 and slider 3 are not centered on the slider. Their offset changes according to the screen resolution, so that the subject at the center of the picture gets cropped.
Any help?
